The Project Planner collects your name, email address, optional phone number, project goals, timeframe, property status, budget range and message. The Neighborhood Match tool collects the preferences you enter (lifestyle, commute, home type and similar). Emails you send us include whatever you choose to write. The site has no user accounts and does not accept file uploads.

Like any website, our hosting and security providers automatically process your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, date and time, and approximate location derived from IP address, in server and security logs. The site does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or session-recording tools.

Service providers process information on our behalf:

We use information to respond to and route your inquiry (performance of a requested service / legitimate interest), to produce your neighborhood match (your request), to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site (legitimate interest), to display maps (your consent), and to comply with law (legal obligation).

Project Planner inquiries are shared with the Peters-owned business best suited to the request, all of which share the same owners. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond, follow up on a potential engagement and meet legal or record-keeping needs, then deleted or de-identified. Neighborhood Match inputs are processed to generate a result and are not stored in our database. Log retention is set by our hosting providers.

We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled databases and server-side validation. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from those where you live.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to appeal a decision about your request. Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising (we do none of those) and to be free from discrimination for exercising rights. Visitors in the EU, EEA or UK have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to complain to their supervisory authority. To make a request, email npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so no such activity needs to be switched off. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal and you have not made a cookie choice, optional embedded maps remain off until you actively allow them.

The site is intended for adults researching homes. It is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that age), and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last reviewed" date, and, where they affect optional cookies, the cookie banner will ask for your choice again.
